Oral Presentation
Invited speakers
will have 30 minutes for presentation and, for each lecture 10 extra minutes for
discussion giving to the audience the opportunity to ask questions and make
comments.
Short communication

accepted oral presentation will have 15 minutes for presentation and 5 extra
minutes for discussion giving the audience the opportunity to ask questions and
make comments.
The participants will be able to use projectors and they should set up the
presentation at least 30 minutes before the relative session.
Poster Presentation
Posters will be displayed during the entire Symposium. However, there will be a
special poster discussion. The selected posters will have 40 minutes for
discussion then will open for the discussion.
Poster set-up will start on Monday, November 22nd,
2010. Posters must be fixed on boards using double sided tape. Poster should
have maximum dimensions of 90 cm width and 115 cm height.
All poster discussion will be performed on Thursday:
Palm Poster Session: 11:50 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Bamboo Poster Session: 17:50 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.
