Registration procedure
When registering online, you can choose different participation options you want to register for. Connecting prices for your selected options will be automatically summarized and you will be guided to pages where you can supply your personal details and finally you will arrive in a online payment terminal. After finishing the registration procedure, you need to print the your personal registration number.
Cancellation / refund policy
Cancellations must be in writing. Any cancellations before August 1, 2010 will be 80%. From August 1, but before October 1, 2010, cancellations will be 50% refunded minus same administration and transaction costs. No refund will be made for any cancellations from October 1 2010 onwards.
Letter of invitation
Upon request the secretariat will send a personal letter of invitation to any participant of the symposium. Such an invitation is only meant to help the participant raise travel funds and/or obtain a visa and will only be send after receiving full outstanding payment free from all international bank transfer charges.
